We are looking to hire a new member for our team in Sofia—a receptionist. This is a key position at the clinic; the receptionist is the first person to greet patients and make their first impression. That is why we are looking for someone with excellent people skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work in a stylish and professional environment.
– Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
– Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service skills
– Organized and detail-oriented
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Computer skills – proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and the Internet

– Previous experience in similar positions is a plus
– Scheduling and managing appointments (by phone, online, and in person)
– Communicating with Bulgarian and international patients
– Organizing and maintaining the daily schedule
– Handling administrative documents
– Processing payments and managing the cash register
– Coordinating between patients and the medical team
