The customer is obliged to familiarise himself in advance with the conditions of the respective courier regarding the conditions of delivery of the goods. “Skin Line Ltd. shall not be liable for the performance and modification of these conditions by the respective courier.
“Skin Line Ltd shall deliver the ordered goods by using a third party courier.
Deliveries are carried out by Speedy courier company, the price of the service is determined depending on the chosen method of delivery and the weight of the ordered goods. The customer can choose delivery to an exact address or delivery to a selected courier office. The customer is obliged to familiarize himself in advance with the terms of the respective courier regarding the conditions of delivery of the goods. “Skin Line Ltd shall not be liable for any performance or variation of these conditions by the relevant courier.
Where delivery to the Customer’s address is selected, the goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the Customer and Skin Line Ltd shall not be liable for non-delivery of the goods in the event that the details provided by the Customer are incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.
In the above cases, as well as in the absence of a person to receive the goods or in the case of non-collection of goods from the courier’s office (if such delivery option is selected), the goods shall be returned to Skin Line Ltd. within the terms and conditions set by the respective courier, as all costs shall be borne by the Customer.
The delivery period of the goods and the starting point from which it runs is determined for each item separately at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract. The Customer shall receive an e-mail at the e-mail address provided by the Customer indicating the status of the order. Whenever the status of an order changes, the customer will be notified by email.
If the goods are available, they will be delivered within 5 (five) working days. This delivery time does not include weekends and holidays.
In exceptional cases, Skin Line Ltd. reserves the right to set a longer period, for which it shall notify the Customer.
In the event that Skin Line Ltd. has not set a delivery period, the delivery period of the goods shall be 30 calendar days from the date following the placing of the order via the e-shop website.
In the event that Skin Line Ltd. is unable to perform the contract due to the fact that it does not have the ordered goods, it is obliged to notify the Customer and refund the amounts paid by the Customer within 14 calendar days from the date on which Skin Line Ltd. should have performed its obligation under the contract.
“Skin Line Ltd reserves the right to change the third party making the delivery without prior notice to the Customer, as long as this does not change the method of delivery and does not increase the price.
The Customer must inspect the goods at the time of receipt and if they do not conform to the order or are deficient notify the Supplier immediately.
In the case of cash on delivery, the Customer shall pay the courier on delivery and receive a postal money order receipt from the courier. (According to the relevant law “for cash on delivery payments by postal money order” it is not mandatory to issue a fiscal receipt from a fiscal device. For the payment made by the customer, the courier company issues a Postal Money Order Receipt for the amount due. This receipt is a legally recognised document exempting the trader from the obligation to issue a receipt.”). To post your purchase, you need to keep your invoice along with the courier service receipt.
On receipt of the parcel, pay the value of the charge and be sure to check the integrity of the goods in the presence of the courier, especially if they are fragile!
