Cryolipolysis with Cooltech is a non-invasive alternative to liposuction and a painless cryogenic technology that eliminates excess fat.
Cryolipolysis freezes excess fat deposits in the treated area. The vacuum of the applicator sucks out only the excess fat, reducing blood flow to the treatment area and thus causing crystallization in the sucked fat cells. After the procedure, a natural process of apoptosis (programmed destruction of the fat cell by the body) begins to expel the fat through the lymphatic system.

Radiofrequency microneedling with Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive procedure for subdermal fat reconstruction and skin tightening in the treated area. Using extremely thin electrodes, Morpheus8 performs subnecrotic heating, coagulation and ablation of fat and connective tissue to smooth the skin, improve its texture and reduce local fat deposits.
The procedure is painful and is performed under the influence of anaesthetic cream.

The active ingredient of Belkyra® is Deoxycholic Acid, which is a natural molecule in the body. It aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fats. When injected into the fat under the chin, Belkyra® destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so no further treatment is expected once you achieve your desired aesthetic goal.
The procedure is painful and treatment can only be administered by a trained dermatologist. With each treatment, you will receive several small injections under your chin and the injection process takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The exact number of injections will depend on the amount of fat you have under your chin and the desired profile.
The most common side effects of Belkyra treatment are swelling, pain, numbness, redness, and areas of hardness in the treatment area that resolve within 7-10 days.
Before treatment with Belkyra®, you should inform your doctor if you have had or have medical conditions in or near the neck; if you have had or have problems swallowing; if you have bleeding problems; if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant; if you are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed; or if you are taking any medications, especially blood thinners
After treatment with Belkyra®, you will likely experience some swelling, bruising, or numbness under your chin that will go away within 7 to 10 days.
The result of treatment with Belkyra is visible after 15 days and develops within 2-3 months.
Because everyone’s chin profile is different, the number of treatments varies from 1 to 6. Your doctor will help you determine how many treatment sessions you need based on the amount and distribution of your submental fat and your personal treatment goals. Each Belkyra® treatment is done at least 1 month apart and you should not receive more than 6 treatments.
